Cover an aluminum square
with a sheet of 1/8" thick
clay,  Trim to fit square.

Cover clay with sheet of thin
plastic  Food wrap or plastic
deli sheets work well.

Place cutter on clay, put like
shape cutter inside first cutter. 
Center. Press down hard.

Make a spacer piece to
separate the front from
the back of the frame.
Use a craft blade, cut
away one side.

Apply liquid clay to one
edge of the frame
center. Place it on
back piece and cure
for 10 min.

Apply liquid clay to
the little center piece.
Place the frame front
over the center piece
now adhered to the
back..

Cure frame in oven,
all three pieces now
in place.  Remove
from oven and cool.
Reduce picture, cut
to fit frame and
insert in opening.
